A combative term (Republican in Name Only) used by self-appropriators when referring to conservatives with scruples. Mitt Romney has received this moniker ( a badge of glory in my opinion). I have been called a JINO (Jew in Name Only) for not supporting the Orange Julius during his reign.
The truth is that those using the term are generally unable to even articulate what true conservative or let alone GOP policy is. They seem to believe it involves Jim Crow law reinforcement and voter suppression.
