In the past, being a conservative did not mean being a kook or espousing the theories of pre-pubscent teen locked away in his father’s Beijing basement while declaring his videos gospel. The GOP cum QoP is a party of shame, manipulated by fascists, faux cons (real con artists), grifters, racists and all sorts of fauna that have nothing to do with the wellbeing of the American people nor do they really care.
Blowhard pundits like Glenn Beck and trust-fund baby Tucker (rhymes with…) Carlson spew lies and get the masses frothing at the mouth as their mentor, the now dead, drug-addled ditto head of yore has ridden off into a dubious chemical-laced sunset with his Congressional Medal of Dishonor in tow (or at least in casket).
We are not battling for the soul of the party. The Party was rested away by extremists, who running out of ideas and gas threw a Hail Mary pass to a Useful Idiot – one Donald J. Trump. A willing egomaniac who rivals Hugo Chavez in his desperate need for attention. Chavez however, died a trillionaire, Chump on the other hand will likely die in yet another bankruptcy – hard to stomach this thought: Maria Gabriela Chavez is not only uglier than Ivanka Trump, she is vastly wealthier. Trump played the part of the lunatic movie protagonist quite willingly and will go down in history as the best Democrat President that ever lived. Why? Republicans will never rule again thanks to the antics and crazy narrative fomented by Orange and his bevy of followers. He alienated enough conservatives to forces many to gladly cast their votes for Biden in a attempt to save self dignity. It is sad to see (or read) the comments by the many loyal Trumpists, that follow a script, defending their fallen messiah and clinging on to a pathetic hope that he will resurrect. Even moderates like Nicky Haley, desperate to garner traction, have sold their souls to become appealing to the QoCracy that reigns supreme over the party. It will be to no avail
